Typically, in most states the Safety & Health Program, along with the Hazard Communication Program are the minimum required safety programs for state and federal OSHA programs.
Tool Box Talks, sometimes referred to as Tailgate Meetings are useful for those employers who want to have a codified weekly safety meeting with verification of attendance.
Some states require more management policies and procedures, most notably the creation of a Safety Committee. These policies are covered under the Safety Policies Program. These States are:
